There are three verbs you can control in Saturday School: Interact, Talk To, and Look At. You can switch between each of them by clicking the right mouse button. If you move the mouse around, you'll notice that it highlights in certain spots. You can then click on the left mouse button to perform an action on that spot. The black circle cursor represents that you cannot click on anything at the moment, and it is usually shown when a cut-scene is played. You can skip cutscenes with the Esc key, and you can skip individual lines of dialog by clicking the left mouse button.
