Kadaver is a former mortician who has dabbled in cryogenics ever since he purchased Deadly Enforcement Aggressive Destruction Incorporated, DEAD Inc. for short. Now he has the power to unleash mutants called Psykogenix on the good people of Monstro City! Realizing the danger, the Military Ascertainment Department (MAD) has decided to call upon the world's most dangerous mercenaries with a special talent for destruction: the Skeleton Krew.
